Notices and information from outside the Parish

I write to seek your help in promoting a wonderful Christmas concert at Our Lady of Victories Church, Kensington on Thursday 14th December. This concert features the well-known London Welsh Male Voice Choir with renowned soloists Margaret Keys and Anthony Stuart Lloyd and compere Mal Pope. Please share with your parish and in your newsletter.

The challenges in the Holy Land have become much greater in recent weeks, not only in Gaza but across Israel and the West Bank. Friends of the Holy Land have been supporting those sheltering in Gaza by sending funds in for the purchase of basic essentials. In the aftermath of this war, we don’t know now how extreme the future challenges for Christians in the Holy Land may be, but we stand ready locally to do whatever we can. With your help to promote our fundraising efforts, we can make more of a difference to more Christians in need.

The key details for the concert are:

When: Thursday December 14th
Where: Our Lady of Victories Church, Kensington
Time: Palestinian-themed buffet from 6pm (£50) or concert-only ticket to start at 7:30pm (£30)

Buy your tickets through Eventbrite: Search ‘FHL Christmas Concert’ or for more details: friendsoftheholyland.org.uk/christmas-concert-2023
